What I loved: I really didn’t expect this “thinking” book to be such a page turner, but it was! Don’t expect a lot from the big reveals because they aren’t particularly shocking, but that didn’t bother me much. I loved the subtlety of when the perspective shifts and reality pierces through the ideal facade. It feels very relevant to our current addiction of and dependence on technology, the monetizing of entertainment/attention and automation replacing our humanity. There is so much to think about with this one! It would make an excellent book club read because it’s sure to spark conversation.
