Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️/5 - a few explicit open door scenes
What I enjoyed: The magic system is really unique with how each element “sings” with its distinct personality. The different sentient creatures make it feel like a true adventure, never knowing who or what you will meet around the corner next. The heartbreakingly beautiful way the dragons solidify in the sky when they pass away adds such a tender sadness to the world-building. I appreciated that the romance at the end reached an understanding of loving each other as something new, and not based on nostalgia.
