What I enjoyed: I love narrators you dislike immensely, but also want to root for? It takes a special author to provide a serial killer that garners sympathy. I didn’t see the big reveal coming to tie in all the mysterious connections, and it was heartbreaking. The final conclusion for one character really felt satisfying, and I won’t spoil it. But I cackled out loud in satisfaction when it happened.
